SLOW DOWN & TUNE IN WORKSHOP

Spend an afternoon offering your body and mind a well-deserved rest & reset, in prep for the (potentially stressful) holiday season. Join me for an exploration of what happens when we switch gears to slow down and reconnect, enhancing wellbeing and increasing self compassion. Using a combination of Slow Flow, Yin yoga, meditation and guided breath-work, this gentle afternoon will help you calm the nervous system, release tension and offer an opportunity to go within. We will end with a blissful guided relaxation!

YIN YOGA WITH THAI MASSAGE

Sunday 20th January 2019 2-4pm

Mudra Yoga Stoke Newington

Join Danila and I for a 2hr body and mind treat with a nourishing yin yoga practice accompanied by Thai Massage assists. I will guide you through a yin yoga sequence with long holds designed to help you release tension in various areas of the body, while Danila will use Thai Massage techniques to assist your body to experience the poses deeper and more effectively. Assists will be offered throughout the yin practice when appropriate.
The workshop will end with a guided relaxation and a head & neck massage!

THE BLISS SESSIONS ARE MINI RETREATS FOR YOUR BODY, MIND & SPIRIT:

Exploring various themes, we use flow and restorative/yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, self love and self exploration coaching exercises, discussion and end with a blissful relaxation.

Little pockets of me-time, fitting perfectly into your weekend.

A strategic balance of moving your body and giving your mind + soul a well deserved break.
