The ultimate Self Care Session! A delicious, deep, meditative yin practice to help your body slow down, stretch out and relieve tension, followed by a guided yoga nidra (guided relaxation). The perfect way to give your nervous system a rest and help your body recover from the stresses of daily life.

NEW YEAR BLISS SESSION

Join us for a very special Bliss Session to welcome the New Year with presence, calm and an open heart.

Combining Yin & Slow Flow Yoga, Breathwork, Life Coaching tools, Meditation, Visualisation and other techniques, this 3hr mini retreat will invite you to release expectations, set soulful intentions and welcome 2020 with a truly blissful energy! We will begin by acknowledging and letting go of the past year, then gradually make space for the New Year with clarity and direction. The session will end with a lush guided relaxation to help clear the energy and make space for the new.

My aim is for you to leave the workshop feeling clearer, calmer and excited to embrace the next 12 months, armed with tools to help you feel aligned and create a balanced, purposeful and inspiring 2020!

THE BLISS SESSIONS ARE MINI RETREATS FOR YOUR BODY, MIND & SPIRIT:

Exploring various themes, we use flow and restorative/yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, self love and self exploration coaching exercises, discussion and end with a blissful relaxation.

Little pockets of me-time, fitting perfectly into your weekend.

A strategic balance of moving your body and giving your mind + soul a well deserved break.

Think chill out vibes, cleansing your energy, detoxing + rebalancing.
