Built on from my signature London-based Bliss Sessions, I have created a next-level experience for you. After witnessing countless transformations from clients taking a day or two out of their routine and dedicate it to their wellbeing, I knew I had to create a space for going deeper.

An intentional, immersive coaching experience and yoga retreat to help you reconnect to yourself and your true desires, to activate heart-led living and guide you to create meaningful and sustainable change in your life.


When you remove distractions, even for a short while, you get to access the incredible depths of your creative thinking, inspiration and intuition. The retreat will expertly guide you back to what you truly value, what matters and what makes you come alive. Making space for rediscovering what makes you You, a remembering of being at peace within yourself, your mind, your body. Coming home, to you.


Madeira is an island of Portugal, located off the northwest coast of Africa. From the moment I stepped foot on its dramatic landscapes, I knew this would be the perfect location for my dream retreat. Green, volcanic, raw, with high cliffs and incredible views of the Atlantic ocean; it holds a magic that I have not encountered anywhere else.


Think space to unwind, journalling ideas and dreams into notebooks, cozying about by the fireplace chatting with a group of like-minded women, sunset views of the Atlantic ocean, pool hangs (weather permitting), endless skies, yummy food cooked fresh, walks in nature, morning yoga & meditation, inspiring coaching workshops and all round chill out mood.

⋗ 5-night/6 day stay in the Madeiran countryside in restored country houses set around organic gardens overlooking the Atlantic ocean.

⋗ 4x Coaching workshops (2-3hrs each) with themed discussions to help you gain clarity, shift unhelpful beliefs and build a vision for where you want to be. Expect mindset coaching, reflection, pair work and fun.

⋗ 1x Creativity workshop to get you out of your head and have fun with the other guests.

⋗ 1x Self Care rituals workshop.

⋗ 1:1 breakthrough sessions with me to identify blocks & support your learning during your stay (one per guest).

⋗ Daily morning yoga & meditation sessions to help you connect, ground and prepare you for the day ahead.

⋗ Evening restorative sessions and self care rituals, including yoga nidra (guided relaxation), yin yoga and guided meditation to close each day and help you absorb all the magic.

*This is a rough idea of the retreat schedule, but how the days flow will depend largely on the group and some changes may depend on the weather of course.*

Morning grounding yoga + meditation, followed by breakfast

Coaching workshops & activities aimed at finding clarity, setting foundations, and reconnecting to yourself

Morning heart opening yoga + meditation, followed by breakfast

Coaching workshops & activities focusing on uncovering limiting beliefs and conditioning, re-learning to live from the heart and creating the setting for you to flourish.

Lunch, dinner, free time & evening self care sessions (including yoga nidra, yin yoga, and more) included in all full days.


A day dedicated to playful exploration, rest and integration. Depending on group preference the day will include a mixture of:

Morning playful yoga + meditation and/or morning nature walk or run, followed by breakfast.

Optional sunrise trip to highest island peak and/or trip to local natural pools (weather permitting).

Free time for massages/treatments, relaxing, self reflection, and connecting with other guests.

Self care ritual workshop and dinner to close the day together.


Morning yoga + meditation, followed by breakfast.

Coaching workshops & activities focusing on accessing intuition, building confidence, owning your voice and creating a vision & action plan for the future.

Lunch, dinner, free time & evening self care sessions (including yoga nidra, yin yoga, and more) included in all full days.


Morning grounding yoga, ending with an extended guided meditation/visualisation, followed by breakfast.

Closing coaching circle, sharing intentions + supporting each other.

Coming Home: The Retreat is taking place from Wednesday 13th November until Monday 18th November 2019. Arrival is from 3pm on Wednesday and we leave Monday by around 12pm.

The retreat is hosted in the magical Portuguese island of Madeira, on the West part of the island (the sunny side!). Our family-run accommodation is set in a tranquil, stunning location, surrounded by nature, levadas and the edge of natural forest. The homes are restored country houses, gorgeously redesigned and arranged in peaceful organic gardens, with full view of the Atlantic ocean and the sunset.

The investment for the retreat includes all accommodation, meals, workshops and daily yoga (flights and airport transfers are not included). Depending on your room choice, the cost ranges from £790 per person and there is a big Early Bird saving if you book by the 5th September. All accommodation details are below.

What's included in the price?

5 nights shared accommodation in gorgeous restored country homes set on an organic garden. All meals, snacks and drinks (on site) prepared by our private chef. All yoga, meditation and coaching workshops. x1 individual breakthrough coaching session with Ariadne for each guest. Access to the pool and gardens. Intentional welcome gift pack.

What's not included in the price?

Flights & airport transfers (although I can help you organise the transfers to the venue).

Optional massage & treatments available at an additional cost.

Optional half day trip to local natural pools and/or viewpoints (small extra cost, needs to be arranged in advance). Drinks & food purchased outside of the venue.

How do I get there?

The retreat is in Madeira which is an island of Portugal in the Atlantic Ocean. There are direct flights from London, UK currently ranging from £100 return. The airport to fly into is Funchal (the capital) and the venue is approximately 60mins drive from the airport (transfer not included but I can help you organise/share with other guests at a small cost). You will receive details of the venue after booking and if you need help with arranging a transfer to the venue from Funchal City/or the airport, we can help you.

What is the schedule of the retreat?

The days will vary but here's an idea of what to expect:

Arrival on Wednesday 13th November from 3pm with time to settle, unwind before an opening circle, a gentle yoga practice and gorgeous dinner shared together.

Thursday to Sunday will follow a similar routine of:

On our final day, Monday 18th November, we will start the day with a morning yoga practice and breakfast before joining a closing circle. We will pack and say our goodbyes by 12pm (approximate times).

How many of us will be there?

This is designed to be a highly tailored, intimate experience to ensure you get the most out it. There will be a maximum of 10 guests along with 3 team members to support the smooth running of the retreat.

Who is running the retreat?

I (Ariadne) will be running all of the Coaching workshops and 1:1 sessions, as well as most of the Yoga & Meditation sessions. You can read more about me here. To help me, there will be another excellent teacher to help with running a couple of the morning/evening yoga practices.

We will have our very own private chef, Miriam Nice joining us for the retreat.

We will be joined by a massage therapist, offering holistic, remedial and sports massage treatments at an additional cost.

What will the food be like? What if I have allergies?

Miriam Nice will be our retreat chef during our stay. She will use local ingredients as much as possible and create healthy, nourishing and tasty food, drinks and snacks throughout the day. All meals will be vegetarian (with vegan options) and allergies will be catered for. Please inform us of any food allergies when booking.

Can I come on my own? Who will I share my accommodation with?

Although it will be amazing to come with your friends, a lot of people tend to go on retreats on their own, so don't let that stop you! The retreat is for women only, so unless you choose to stay in the single room (only one available), you will be paired with another wonderful woman. There are plenty of chill out areas in our venue for you to either have some space to yourself or hang out with others when you choose and so while the rooms are beautiful and comfy you won't spend that much time in them!

Can I bring my husband, boyfriend, father, brother, male friend, etc?

I am afraid this is a women-only retreat (apart from one member of staff who will be around to support the day to day running of the retreat). Although most of my workshops are open to both men and women, I have decided to keep this retreat women-only to create a safe container for women to come together and experience the magic and power of community. Sorry guys :)

Can I pay in instalments?

Absolutely. I have priced this retreat carefully to ensure it remains affordable and with immense value. To arrange a suitable payment plan, please send me an email and we can figure it out.

Is this a yoga retreat? Can I attend if I am a beginner/pregnant/new to yoga/meditation? What if I have injuries?

Coming Home is an intentional, immersive coaching experience with yoga included. Although yoga is available on a daily basis, it is optional and you can choose not to participate. It is a tool to help you ground, centre and prepare for the day, but it is not essential.

Previous experience of yoga and meditation is not necessary as classes will be tailored to all levels/abilities.

What if I need to cancel?

I know that unexpected things happen sometimes so I will do my best to accommodate cancellations received with reasonable notice. All cancellation requests will be treated on a case by case basis, but please ensure you refer to the Terms & Conditions below prior to booking.


> All deposits are non refundable.

> If you cancel your place more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat we will refund you your payment (less the deposit).

> If you cancel your place less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat we will do our best to transfer your place to a future retreat if appropriate (less the deposit).

> Cancellation without notice will not be issued with any refund.

> If you choose to pull out of the retreat whilst in progress we will not be able to offer you any refund.

> Please ensure you have your own insurance in place before travelling to the retreat venue.

> As Brexit negotiations continue, it's best to check you have at least 6 months left on your passport from the start of your trip. See gov.uk for more info.
