Flow Yoga (Open Level) 
This class is designed to bring about greater awareness and connection to your body helping you create space, breathe fully and quieten the mind. Expect to work on building strength and flexibility and releasing mental and physical tension. It incorporates alignment-based vinyasa yoga in graceful, creative sequences with longer held postures and a short meditation. This is an open level class and suitable for beginners.

Mindful Flow Yoga by Candlelight 
Open level (including beginners)

Mindful flow is all about tuning into your body, deeply connecting to the moment and how you feel on the mat. The class is created to ultimately help you feel good. Mindful flow incorporates alignment-based dynamic yoga in graceful, creative sequences, longer held postures, and a short meditation. The class is designed to bring about greater awareness and connection to your body helping you create space, breathe fully and quieten the mind.

Location: The Skip Garden, Tapper Walk, King’s Cross N1C 4AQ MAP

Price: £10 (pre-booking) or £45 for 5 classes (valid for 2 months from date of purchase)

Sequences are created to ultimately help you feel good, with alignment-based flow, moving onto static postures with mindful breath to help you go deeper in your practice. Expect to move your body in nourishing and challenging ways and to experience a greater sense of body awareness and harmony.

Flow & Restore Yoga (Open Level) 
A 45-minute ‘flow’ style class to strengthen and open the body, followed by 30 minutes of quiet and restoration, with yin/restorative yoga poses and a blissful Savasana relaxation. A wonderful balance of yin & yang!  This is an open level class and suitable for beginners.
