TUESDAY 9.30-10.30am | One Yoga London, Hornsey

Flow Yoga (Open Level) 
This class is designed to bring about greater awareness and connection to your body helping you create space, breathe fully and quieten the mind. Expect to work on building strength and flexibility and releasing mental and physical tension. It incorporates alignment-based vinyasa yoga in graceful, creative sequences with longer held postures and a short meditation. This is an open level class and suitable for beginners.

TUESDAY 6.30-7.45pm | The Well Garden, Hackney 

Yin Yoga

Yin is a soothing, meditative yoga practice which focuses on passive, seated postures designed to lengthen the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for longer periods of time with an aim to increase flexibility and encourage a feeling of release and letting go. A beautiful way to learn the basics of meditation, Yin is the perfect complement to yang classes and the stresses of daily life.

Sequences are created to ultimately help you feel good, with alignment-based flow, moving onto static postures with mindful breath to help you go deeper in your practice. Expect to move your body in nourishing and challenging ways and to experience a greater sense of body awareness and harmony.
