I’ve been meaning to share some snippets of my world as a yoga + meditation teacher with you for a while and I’m so excited to get to do this now. I’m working on lots of exciting things for you and I cannot wait to share here very soon!
Think:: meditation workshops (hurray!), a weekend retreat, more 1:1 work, PLUS a very exciting opportunity to connect with a small group of women while you dig deep and build a life full of heart and soul (eeeek, can’t wait to share this one!!!). I created the Mini Bliss Retreats as an opportunity to retreat, away from the overwhelm of everyday life. To sit in stillness, move the body in delicious ways. To open the mind to other possibilities and to nourish body + soul. I wanted the Bliss Retreats to be a complete experience of turning inwards and connecting with what’s important, a way of releasing stress and truly letting go.
Let me tell you, I absolutely LOVED running this! I came out feeling centered, complete and utterly blissful myself. I was in complete awe of the amazing people that joined and let themselves be guided through a combination of yoga, meditation, pranayama, writing + little bit of soul discussion, before surrendering to an ending blissful relaxation! There were hugs, sweat, big smiles, bright eyes, open hearts and belly laughs. There were crystals, incense sticks, affirmations, journalling, digging deep, breathing in and breathing out. And coconut water – you always need coconut water!
I am honoured and filled with gratitude for the work that I do and I cannot wait for the next one!
