Sessions combine yoga postures, mindfulness and meditation techniques, psychological tools and breathing exercises specifically tailored to help manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety and mood difficulties. Therapeutic yoga sessions are designed to ground you, teach you practical tools which you can easily apply in your daily life to help you overcome personal challenges through yoga and meditation.
Yoga for Stress is a 10 week focused and individually tailored program, delivered in one-on-one sessions, specifically designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, build confidence, increase physical and mental wellbeing and learn helpful and efficient ways of managing challenges.

This package is particularly suitable for you if:
You are experiencing stress, pressure, difficulty dealing with challenging situations, overwhelm, sleep problems, low confidence or low mood.
You are open to using holistic practices, including yoga and meditation to address day to day challenges.
You are looking for an active and collaborative approach to your wellbeing.
You are willing to commit to daily ‘homework’ practice and are open to experimenting with different techniques.
No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary; just a desire to explore and experiment.
This package is NOT suitable for you if:
You do not wish to have a home yoga and meditation practice.
You are not open to exploring yogic philosophy and psychology.
You are looking for talking therapy.
THE (NOT-SO-) FINE PRINT
Investing in your health and committing to these sessions has the capacity to bring about tremendous shift and transformation to your wellbeing. However, it is vital to understand the real time, effort and devotion that are required when going on this journey. I am here to support you 100% with your goals, yet to experience the benefits of these sessions, I expect you to be willing to work around the challenges of time and other responsibilities to make space and time not only for the sessions themselves but also for a daily home practice (30-60mins). Understandably life happens and things do get in the way, however it’s important to consider if this is the best time for you to commit to this program.
