I’m a qualified yoga teacher, mental health professional and holistic psychological coach and an eternal student of yoga. I am passionate about working with the therapeutic and healing powers of yoga and I specialise in teaching one-on-one, private yoga sessions and small groups. I believe that through committing to your own practice and working with your body, you can create meaningful and powerful shifts in mind, body and spirit.
I draw on my professional experience and training in Psychology and mental health, as well as mindfulness and holistic coaching to provide highly individualised sessions to help you feel grounded, stronger and in alignment.
